Dissertation: An Analysis of Game Design for Digital Distribution

 

This is my University Dissertation, which includes research into digital distribution, and how it changes the design of a game. This also includes a history of Digital Distribution in gaming, as well as predictions for the future. The aim of this Dissertation was to find common traits in critically and commercially successful downloadable games which could be used to aid in the creation of my own Digital Distribution-targeted game (Retro Impact: Shooter)
